The following online applications are implemented in
all Urban Local Bodies:
- Online Building Plan Approval System (NIRMAN)
- Online Trade License Application (Vyapara)
- Online Tap Connection & UGD connection Management System (Jalanidhi)
- Enhanced Online Public Grievances Redressal System (Janahitha)
- E-Aasthi
- Nagara E-Abhlekhalaya (e-Record Room)
Call Center:
- We have started a centralized call center to inform services offered by ULBs, to register grievances over a phone, to know the status of various applications and to inform about timely service / grievances to the employees / officers of the Urban Local Bodies over a call.
- We are offering these services across all 213 ULBs. By this service citizens are getting benefitted across all 213 ULBs.
