The day was marked with facilitation at the " District Teachers day " programme. Teachers from both aided and unaided primary and higher secondary schools recognised for their contribution.

...another programme honoring teachers was organised at Brahmavar...
i met many students at the function who were filled with admiration for their teachers...and cheered them as they received their recognition.
